100% engagement means that we desire everyone who calls Traders Point home to lean in and prayerfully discern what it means to be fully engaged in what God is calling us to do during this season.  

We pray that the Awaken journey leads people into deeper engagement with God, His Word, and with one another during this season and beyond.

Our prayer is that we will be “all in” – or 100% engaged – on letting God awaken our hearts so He can continue working in us and through us in this season.

During these 2 years, every gift given to Traders Point will be used for ongoing ministry at Traders Point and to invest in the vision God has given us for the future. We have broken it into three categories: Release the Church, Revive the City, and Restore Hope to the World. In short, there is no difference. The Awaken initiative is a two-year journey from December 2023 to December 2025. During these two years, every gift given to Traders Point will be used to both continue our ongoing ministries and invest in the vision God has given us for the future. Both priorities will be part of a single budget set by the elders in response to commitments we make during the Awaken initiative. So, when you give your tithe & offerings to Traders Point, you are giving to Awaken.

Every tithe and offering given during this two-year journey goes toward the Awaken initiative. You can give online at tpcc.org/give or through the Traders Point app. Wall boxes are also available at all our locations near the auditorium doors if you prefer to give with a check or cash.

You may want to donate stocks or mutual funds or give through a QCD (qualified charitable distribution) from your IRA. Or you may have stored resources that God has blessed you with in the past that He might be calling you to give during this time.

The truth is that no, of course, we aren’t sure! However, we have prayed and discerned as a leadership team regarding what we feel God is leading us to as a church in this next season and what we feel would be a reasonable yet challenging goal for us, and we believe this is the right number. Our vision has grown after the first year, leading us to expand our goal to $98 million, as He continues to reveal greater plans to us.

This is a huge initiative – and one that requires faith like none other. To encourage you, think of the $98 million like this: By God’s grace, our current giving pace is about $50 million over a two-year period. So, we are looking to accelerate our two-year giving from $50 million to $98 million through this Awaken initiative. The goal is $48 million above our regular giving over these next two years.
