Leaders

Every small group will have a minimum of two leaders, and no leader will ever be alone with a child. All our leaders have gone through the Traders Point Kids onboarding process, which includes a background check, a staff interview, orientation, and training.

Activities

Each activity area that includes water or harnesses has highly trained staff members responsible for the area! All water activities will require a life jacket and be supervised by lifeguards.

Students will stay in cabins at SpringHill that house 10-16 people. All cabins are air-conditioned and have a nearby bathroom. All housing will consist of individuals of the same biological sex.
