Additional
Gathering Times

Over the past year, we've been celebrating incredible growth—and feeling the stretch—with packed gatherings, crowded parking lots, and overflowing Traders Point Kids spaces, especially at our Northwest, Carmel, Plainfield, and Fishers locations.

We never want to be the church that has to hang a "No Vacancy" sign. So to make room for who God is bringing now—and who He's bringing next—we're adding additional gathering times starting Saturday, August 2.

ADDITIONAL GATHERING TIMES

Northwest | Saturday, 4 PM

Carmel | Saturday, 4 & 5:30 PM (Note: These replace Carmel’s Sunday 5 PM gathering.)

Plainfield & Fishers | Sunday, 8 AM

JOIN THE LAUNCH TEAM

We’re looking for a core group of committed men, women, and families to help launch these new gathering times strong. If you’re ready to say "yes" to making a difference, we'd love for you to be part of the Launch Team!

We don’t want finances to be a barrier for anyone who wants to attend High School Camp. Scholarships are available based on need and availability. To apply, please fill out this form

You can include all food allergies and dietary restrictions on the camper registration form. Accommodations for food allergies will be made during all mealtimes.

During the week, campers will be in groups where they can hang out and talk about what they’re learning. Groups have anywhere from 6-12 students and are led by leaders who have gone through Traders Point Youth’s onboarding process, which includes a background check, staff interview, orientation and training. There will be approximately one adult for every 6 students on the trip.

Rooms at Lee University are suite-style with a private bathroom shared by a couple of rooms. Students will sleep two or three per room, depending on the exact units provided by Lee University. There’s a spot to request roommates and/or group members when you register. All dorms are air-conditioned!

We want every student to be able to attend camp and understand that late arrivals and early pickups might be necessary. Due to the number of participants, late arrivals are only allowed through 10 PM on June 23, and early departures are permitted from 7-9 AM on June 27.

We will take charter buses (with bathrooms) to and from High School Camp. Buses will depart from and return to Traders Point’s Northwest location. Lee University is approximately 8 hours away, and we’ll stop for lunch on the way (cost included).

All allergies and medical conditions should be submitted during camper registration.

Medical volunteers will be on-site to administer any medication. Please note that all medications are collected at camp drop-off. Our Safety Team will take care of receiving them and administering them throughout camp. No over-the-counter medications should be in campers' luggage, and medications should be brought in their original container.

Between 5 and 6 PM. We’ll keep you posted via text message the day of!
